Started playing poker in high school with buddies having no real clue what I was doing. Started playing online as soon as I turned 18 and could deposit myself. Had an easy job my senior year of high school where I could just sit and engulf myself in newfound internet poker forums such as pocketfives.com improving my game at a very fast pace.

Dinked around in low stakes for a year or so...having some pretty big near misses in tourneys like the Stars Sunday Warm up...until getting backed at the begining of 2008 by mttbacking.com.

Really took poker seriously from then on and worked hard improving and grinding. Won enough over the course of a year(including getting ranked on p5s Leaderboard) or so and decided to once again back myself in early 2009 and have steadily increased my bankroll since. I'm Duffman08 on most sites and Duffy08 on a few small ones but the vast majority of my play comes on FTP and PokerStars.

Over the course of 3 years my notable scores are a 6th in Sunday Million, 3rd in FTP 750k, 1st in Sunday 2nd Chance, and a couple s163 wins on FTP. Hopefully poker wit can lead me on that big run!
